Who we are
Phemighty Concept is a photography studio based in Paris, France. This notice explains how we handle your personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, event details and any notes you share. When you pay online, our payment providers (Stripe or PayPal) process your card or account details. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To manage your booking and keep you updated
- To process payments and send invoices and receipts
- To deliver your private photo gallery
- To reply to your messages
Your photographs
Client galleries are private and only visible through a secure link, optionally protected with a password. We may share a small selection of images in our portfolio or on social media. If you’d rather we didn’t, just tell us and we’ll respect that.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as French accounting rules require (usually ten years). Galleries are available for the period agreed with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us, and you may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). We reply within 30 days.
