Bookings
A booking is confirmed once your deposit (or full payment) has been received and verified. Until then, your date is held for a limited time only.
Prices and invoices
Prices are in euros. Every booking has an invoice you can look up, pay and download on our website with your invoice number and email or phone number.
Deposits and balance
The deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session. Bookings made less than 14 days before the event require payment in full.
Changes and cancellations
You may move your date once, free of charge, up to 14 days before, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. If Phemighty Concept must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Delivery
Edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery within the timeframe stated in your package. You receive a personal licence to print and share your photographs. Phemighty Concept keeps the copyright.
Travel
Prices cover Paris and Île-de-France. Travel further afield is quoted separately and agreed before your booking is confirmed.
Liability
We take great care with every session. In the unlikely event that photographs are lost due to equipment failure, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid.
